There are many different styles of wrestling.
At London Grapple, we practice wrestling for grappling and MMA, focusing on the effective takedown and securing of an opponent in a dominant position.
For this reason, classes are structured and taught with submission threats in mind and without the use of wrestling shoes.
Class Structure
50% of class time is spent drilling and 50% participating in live sparring.
