Is there a minimum membership contract length?
We have no long-term commitments, cancel anytime.
How can I pay my membership?
Payments are taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month. Members can review and change payment details within the member’s portal.
Please note, should you fail to notify us of a freeze or cancellation request within the below-outlined notice periods, and fail to pay your membership fees by the 5th of each month, your membership will be cancelled and you will not be welcome to train at London Grapple until the outstanding fees are settled.
If my circumstances change, how can I cancel my membership?
We require a minimum 1 month cancellation notice.
Requests are to be sent in writing via email to members@londongrapple.co.uk (please don’t call, text or DM us on Instagram).
Please note, should you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, there will be a £25 administration fee applied upon sign-up.
I can’t train for a period of time, how can I freeze my membership?
If you're going to be off training for 1-3 months, we require a minimum 1 month freeze notice.

All membership freezes will incur a £25 administration fee.
If your membership is not reactivated within the 3 month period, your membership will be cancelled and you will need to pay a sign-up fee if you’d like to re-join.
